JOB DESCRIPTION:

A reputable integrated school in Ketu is urgently seeking to employ a qualified and passionate Biology Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Biology at various levels, preparing students for internal and external examinations, and delivering high-quality instruction in line with the school’s academic goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach Biology effectively across secondary school levels
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations (including IGCSE, if applicable)
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans
• Encourage student participation and academic growth
• Maintain discipline and an orderly classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to school-wide initiatives
• Attend relevant school events and meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Science Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
• IGCSE certification is an added advantage
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Ketu area

SALARY:

₦150,000 and above (depending on experience and negotiation)
