POSITION TITLE: Agric Tutor

LOCATION: Abeokuta, Ogun State
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable Agric Tutor to join our teaching team in Abeokuta. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality Agricultural Science lessons that inspire curiosity and deepen students’ understanding of agriculture. This role also demands consistency in classroom engagement and student performance assessment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach Agricultural Science to assigned classes, ensuring curriculum coverage and academic excellence.
• Ensure prompt and regular attendance for all scheduled teaching periods.
• Administer tests, assignments, practicals, and other learning activities, and maintain detailed records of student performance for continuous assessment.
• Participate in afternoon teaching sessions as scheduled on the official timetable.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications

• A minimum of B.Sc. or B.Ed. in Agriculture or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience & Skills

• At least 2 years of proven teaching experience in Agricultural Science.
• Strong familiarity with the secondary school Agricultural Science curriculum.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational competence.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage pressure, and deliver quality work consistently.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a school setting.

REMUNERATION

Monthly Salary: Depends on Negotiation
